Cancellation Policy 

24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULES, CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. Please text or call 210-524-8102, email ezapataortega@gmail.com or change online within 24 hours. Same day cancelations or No-Shows will result in forfeiture of any pre-paid services. At the discretion of the therapist the following fees will be charged to the card on file: 50% of the reserved service price for same day cancelations or 100% of the reserved service price for No-Shows. 

Arriving Late: If the scheduled time has started, time will be deducted from your session and 100% of the reserved service price will still be charged.

Check-In: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session to allow enough check-in time.

New Clients: Certain scheduled appointments will receive a text message 60 to 45 minutes prior to their appointment requesting confirmation reply if confirmation is not received appointment may be canceled.
